Clients often ask us if we guarantee the outcome of our sessions,
Hypnotherapists, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and even medical practitioners cannot guarantee any outcome.
These modalities are not commodities. If any of these therapies could guarantee results we would all be millionaires already and no longer working.
No one can guarantee how your mind works in relation to hypnosis. Results gained in hypnosis are purely subjective, in other words if you are a willing pro-active participant who truly wants to make a change and believes making that change is possible then you are already halfway to obtaining your goal using hypnosis.
How to Select a Hypnotherapist
Whilst there are many dedicated and highly trained hypnotherapists, Hypnotherapy is not a licensed profession yet in Australia and as such there a number of self taught and non certified practitioners in the area of hypnotherapy. What is important in looking for a Hypnotherapist is that you find a fully qualified therapist and one that is a member of a reputable association. Also that they have an extensive education in hypnotherapy and associated disciplines and comply with a strict Code of Conduct and continuing professional education requirements.
If you were going to have surgery wouldn’t you rather have the best surgeon to operate on you or a loved one. Why would you trust the greatest asset you have, your mind, to someone who is not qualified or highly experienced in clinical hypnotherapy. Take care in choosing a therapist and we wish you all the success on your journey of change.

When an appointment is scheduled for you, I deem that scheduled appointment as a definite booking and as such we will be investing preparation time prior to your appointment, in order to give you tailor-made treatment. Although standard techniques are also employed, there is no such thing as ‘standard, one-size-fits-all’ therapy we have created that time personally for you.
To secure the appointment a Full payment is required at the time of booking.
In the event of not having a credit or debit card then a bank deposit to our nominated account for the full fee of the session will be necessary.
You have up until 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled appointment to cancel or change the appointment otherwise we reserve the right to charge the card holder for the FULL cost of the session.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment you will need to make those alterations at least 2 BUSINESS days in advance (Mon-Sat 9am-5.00pm Australia Brisbane time). So if your appointment is on a Monday, you will need to cancel it on the Friday before during business hours. If it is on a Tuesday, you will need to cancel the Saturday before during business hours and so on.
Changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 business days) hours in advance will result in the credit card holder incurring the charge of the FULL rate for that session. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged to your credit card. No exceptions.
For urgent/last minute appointments made within the 48 hours (2 business days) period then the fee required for that appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking the appointment and is non refundable. No Exceptions.
In the instance of a friends or family multiple party booking, where two or more sessions are booked on the same day and result in a late cancellation or in not showing up for the sessions this will result in the credit card holder incurring the charge of the FULL rate for those sessions, No exceptions.
Refunds and Replacements: Due to the nature of the products we sell, refunds will not be issued to consumers based on satisfaction relating to content, features or production values. No exceptions.
